We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return for refund.
If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order.
How to open an Return Request:
- Send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org, writing your Order Number and which order’s items you want to return;
- Send to us the items;
- Wait a few days. We will notify you when the package will arrive in our warehouse;
- Wait for our return confirmation: we will issue a refund as coupon of the same amount of the items you returned.
- The item have to be un-used and in new condition.
- For example; do not send caps in envelopes and don’t label any shoe boxes, that will end with you not getting a full refund.
- Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise.
- We will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.
- SMITH does not refund shipping costs.
- If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value. - Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are considered Final Sale when discounted 50% or more before using any promotional code.
